  • Every coaching program out there has benefits and may be helpful to you. The major difference is, we are a consulting company first. By this we mean, we identify the needs of your business through our aggressive analysis of your business. From there we put together a plan for us to implement along with timelines. The coaching is purely the accountability to the consulting.

    Our program focuses on the systems that you use and need to run your business at its optimum performance. We will get our hands dirty right along with you as we set up the systems your business needs. For example, if your business needs to hire a team member, we fully expect to participate in the hiring and interviewing process. We want to interview the prospective employee and discuss their qualifications and our thoughts with you. We consider ourselves a member of your Board of Directors, and our job is to focus on your bottom line…we do what ever is necessary to ensure that it is a very healthy one, if it's not, then we are not doing our job.

  • By implementation of sound business systems, we mean systems that will allow you to run your business more efficiently and effectively. These systems are currently running in other successful REALTOR® and Mortgage companies across the world. 

  • You hire a coach because you want additional structure, inspiration and wisdom - and because YOU want to be challenged. One of the most effective and efficient ways to challenge you is to make requests of you. That is, to ask you directly to do one of three things:

    • To start to do something.
    • To stop doing something.
    • To change what you are doing.

    Your coach will work with you to identify your specific goals for yourself and your business. A coach stays with a client to help implement the new skills, changes and goals to make sure they really happen. They are a sounding board to bounce ideas off of and keep you on track with your goals. 

     

  • A consultant takes a look at every area of your business, offers ideas and solutions for systems that may be missing or items that need to be tweaked. A consultant works on the nuts and bolts of the business. They have expertise in every area of your real estate business, and offer that expertise to you.   • Just like a college-level course, you will have regularly scheduled calls that are approximately 30 minutes in length. In the real world, we know you cannot grow your business with only two connections a month. Our just-in-time coaching allows you access to your coach whenever you have a question; simply call or email your coach! Our coaches work from an Ideal Weekly Schedule just like you will. If their schedule permits time to speak with you then or completely address your needs in an email, then they will do that. If that is not the case, you can expect an email acknowledging the receipt of your email with an anticipated appointment time that they can address your questions/needs. Work that out with your coach on the method of reaching out to them that works for the both of you. If you are only communicating with your coach twice a month you are grossly underutilizing the services they are able to provide.
