Bubba Mills

Chief Executive Officer

Bubba Mills is the Chief Executive Officer for Corcoran Coaching; which is an International Real Estate Coaching Company. With Bubba's background in Default Servicing, and his current role as CEO of Corcoran Coaching, he is an advocate for the Real Estate Community. He is also an Informational Tool for the Default Industry, including Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD; along with Major Banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Chase.

Bubba promotes best practices and the development of innovative ideas in REO/Asset management. He is an outspoken advocate of compassionate REO disposition, and corporate responsibility.

Bubba was the former REO Operations Manager for Financial Asset Services, and has also held the positions as the High Risk Loss Mitigation Manager for Option One Mortgage; Mergers and Acquisitions for WJ Bradley; Wholesale and Retail Origination for First Magnus/Charter Funding, and Pool Sales Departments for four Major Companies. He was Founder and President of Stop Shopping, which was a broker for wholesale mortgage transactions, and founder of Bubba Consulting, which was an international Real Estate Coaching Company. In 2010,  Bubba merged his companies with Corcoran Consulting & Coaching.

With over two decades of experience being an entrepreneur, Bubba realized he is not just a business owner. He has a servants heart with a natural talent and gift of creating wealth, the sole purpose of being a Coach & Consultant. He is a member of the National Speakers Association, and in 2016 will obtain his CSP (Certified Speakers Professional) Designation. Since 2000, Bubba has spoken at more than 500 conferences, events, summits, and BootCamps.

He has served on the AREAA Advisory Board, the NAHREP Board of Directors, WinDS Education Committee, and as a member of the CMBA Education Committee. Bubba was the Exclusive Five Star Institutes REO Certification Instructor for the 3 years it was in existence.

He was awarded by National Professional Magazine as "One of the 25 Most Connected Mortgage Professionals" in 2014 & 2015.

Bob Corcoran

Founder

At a national search firm in the late 1980s, Bob Corcoran was recruiting top executives for a telecom company. At the same time, he was helping develop the IVR (Integrated Voice Response) technology that has become an essential tool of today's real estate industry. Coincidentally, Bob hired a real estate agent to help sell his Chicago home. During the home selling process, Bob, and his listing agent began to recognize the value that an IVR system could bring to any real estate business.

Corcoran, and a team of real estate brokers started The International Top Producers Network (the ITP Network) to develop marketing, and lead-capture programs employing IVR technology specifically designed for real estate agents. While coaching the real estate team who sold his home, Bob created and implemented profitable systems that transformed their business. The proven result: Sales in the first year went from $18 million to a whopping $36 million!

For the past 27 years, Bob Corcoran has devoted his time and energy into building a real estate broker coaching team. Corcoran's real estate coaching team uses Corcoran's proven methods to train real estate professionals to reach the top of their production. The Corcoran real estate client list has the leaders of the real estate industry, with top producing real estate agents, and real estate brokers across North America.
