By this we mean, we identify the needs of your business through our aggressive analysis of your business. From there we put together a plan for us to implement along with timelines. The coaching is purely the accountability to the consulting.

  Our program focuses on the systems that you use and need to run your business at its optimum performance. We will get our hands dirty right along with you as we set up the systems your business needs. For example, if your business needs to hire a team member, we fully expect to participate in the hiring and interviewing process. We want to interview the prospective employee and discuss their qualifications and our thoughts with you. We consider ourselves a member of your Board of Directors, and our job is to focus on your bottom line…we do what ever is necessary to ensure that it is a very healthy one, if it's not, then we are not doing our job.
