If they showed 15 houses, they honestly may not remember it in detail. If an agent doesn\u2019t call you back, it means the buyers are not interested.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interpreting Feedback<\/p>\n<p>When An Agent Says: The Agent Means:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They say: \u201cThe Buyer thought the house was too small.\u201d \u201cThe Buyer found larger homes for the same price.\u201d\u00a0 They mean: \u201cThey liked it but bought another one.\u201d \u201cThey found other houses that were better values.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>They say: \u201cThey liked the house but bought a new home.\u201d They mean: \u201cBuyers will pay 10-15% more for a new house.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>They say: \u201cThey didn\u2019t like the carpet.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 They mean: \u201cSeller should replace carpet because of age or color.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>They say: \u201cThey thought the yard was too small, the street too busy\u2026\u201d They mean: \u201cThey found other homes with larger yards and quieter streets.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>They say: \u201cThey didn\u2019t like the floor plan.\u201d They mean: \u201cThey didn\u2019t like the floor plan.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Price objections are always clothed in different terms.<\/p>\n<p>Make A Commitment: I will call the agents that are showing my homes.<\/p>\n<p>Deadline: _________<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The reasons you call the agent who showed your house are: &nbsp; To jog the agent\u2019s memory about the house so that you may be able to get a second showing.
