Telephone Implementation
The Telephone Implementation program is designed for the REALTOR®
who wants to take their business to unimagined heights. It’s
a 24-call program based upon a 12-month, one-on-one, coaching call
schedule.
We break the program into two unique parts:
- Part 1: Consultation
- Part 2: Coaching
During Part 1 of the Telephone Implementation program, we put on our
consulting hats and evaluate your current situation.You decide where
it is you want to take your business, and then we jointly put together
a plan for how to get you there.
Part 2 of the program focuses on keeping you on
track to reaching the goals we outlined in Part 1. We provide and
implement the systems that will allow you to reach your goals. We
continually strategize new areas of growth for your business and
work with you to develop solutions for those "bumps in the road"
that happen as your business grows. In addition to your one-on-one
coaching, you will also be provided with complete technical training.
Also included with this program are two spots in our Agent Ramp
Up program for your buyer agents or listing partners (a $3990 value)*.
The coaching calls are scheduled for every other week. The intention
is to give you time to practice and implement what you've
learned. In addition, you are invited to participate in one group
call with our company founder, Bob Corcoran every quarter.
This fee includes the enrollment of all of your current Buyer
Agents and Listing Partners into our Agent Ramp Up Program.*
*Each new Buyer Agent or Listing Partner that you hire as
we grow your business, there will be an additional $199.00 for the
Agent Ramp Up Program and all OnBoarding materials. If you have
less then 2 Buyer Agents or Listing Partners at this time we will
put the first 2 you hire through the Agent Ramp Up Program at no
charge.
“Just in Time” Coaching
In addition to your scheduled calls, we are available via e-mail
or when you need assistance. E-mail or call us when you need guidance
importance to you and your Coach will walk you through the issue.
