IVR Ramp Up

This program was developed to take your business one giant step forward in only 30 days. This is a very fast paced and proven program.

The intention is to get your IVR system generating leads for you immediately. It doesn't matter if you have an IVR system in place or not… we will we set up your IVR System for you and train you how to use it…do you already have one in place… is it working for you? Are you generating more leads then you can handle? If not, you are not harnessing the full power of the system, and that is exactly what we are going to show you how to do.

Not only will we work with you on the technical aspects of the system, but we will create marketing materials for you that, we guarantee will generate calls (leads) into your system. We have clients generating over a 1000 calls a month using our ad templates… in markets just like yours!

We break the program into two unique parts:

• Part 1: IVR Set up and Configuration
• Part 2: Coaching

During Part 1 of the IVR Ramp Up program, we will either set up a brand new IVR system for you or tweak your current system to insure it is set up optimally. We will then train you on how to use it and begin the development of effective and proven marketing pieces.

Part 2 of the program focuses on generating more business using the systems we just put into place. We will work on your lead management, lead follow up and tracking systems so that you know exactly where your leads are coming from, and how best to capitalize on them.
