A part timer! For the last year I have been doing commercial insurance and so I have not really devoted any time to real estate other than pay my dues and read about the changing world in real estate. So I have decided that if I do not have time to do sales with the level of service that the public requires then I will: 1) Spend my time that I do give real estate to finding good resources to help my fellow real estate friends in their business. 2) I will look for good referrals to pass on to others to help. 3} I will be positive about real estate and not believe everything I read about how our industry will completely change but instead believe that a good business is based on a strong focus on the basics of prospecting and good customer service. I find myself being the type of agent that most other agents complain about and that I have always defended. A part timer!
