10 Tips to Create Your Best Year Ever
Now is a great time to plan for your best year ever! Before you pull out all of your business planning tools, take a moment to evaluate how “you” factor into your own success. By changing habits that are causing you to not reach and exceed your goals, you will naturally attract success. If you feel that you are not reaching your goals and you want this year to be the best year ever, ask yourself the following questions:
1. Do you visualize you own success?
2. Do you know when to say “no”?
3. Do you continually raise your standards?
If you answered “no” to any of these questions then you most likely have habits that are causing you not to reach your goals. By making the decision to change how you personally look at success, you will naturally attract more business.
For additional information and guidance on this topic we have posted an article on our website entitled “10 Tips to Create Your Best Year Ever” for you to review.

My positive mindset will attract more business and my revenues will increase. I have made the decision to make this the best year ever for me in my real estate career.
Deadline: _________
Bob Corcoran

I find myself being the type of agent that most other agents complain about and that I have always defended. A part timer!
For the last year I have been doing commercial insurance and so I have not really devoted any time to real estate other than pay my dues and read about the changing world in real estate.
So I have decided that if I do not have time to do sales with the level of service that the public requires then I will:
1) Spend my time that I do give real estate to finding good resources to help my fellow real estate friends in their business.
2) I will look for good referrals to pass on to others to help.
3} I will be positive about real estate and not believe everything I read about how our industry will completely change but instead believe that a good business is based on a strong focus on the basics of prospecting and good customer service.

Thank you for your post! I love number 3. Remembering that the market can be what you make of it is definately important in order to be successful. People will always need to buy and sell homes. It’s up to you to have the systems in place and good business practices to make sure that you capture those people.
