Get a Listing from Everyone You Meet
As business coaches in the world of real estate, we are often asked, “How can agents better differentiate themselves during a networking event when other agents are present”? In other words, most agents shine during a listing presentation, when all their notes and market analysis are right there in front of them. The question then becomes, how can they do that while networking, when time is short and they’re talking to someone they just met?
For additional information and guidance on this topic we have posted an article on our website entitled “Get a Listing from Everyone You Meet” for you to review.

I found your tip to be of great value. Too often I have responded that my work is being a Realtor. Your thoughts on adding informative views on selling a home were beneficial to me.
Thanks Bob

This is great. Too often we don’t realize the untapped value in our client relationships. Business grows by building one relationship and expanding that relationship into several opportunities. Plus, it is a lot more fun to grow you business by working with the same people over and over again.
