How it all started:

Corcoran Consulting and Coaching is a real estate broker consulting and coaching company focused on growing your business. Corcoran Consulting and Coaching was founded by Bob Corcoran. Corcoran's background comes from years of retail management and recruiting. During the late 1980's Bob Corcoran was recruiting for Roth Young, which is an executive search firm. Bob was busy recruiting top executives to join a Telecom company. It was during this time that Bob Corcoran helped to develop the IVR (Integrated Voice Response) technology that is so widely used through out the real estate industry today. After project completion, Corcoran hired a Chicago Real Estate agent to help him list and sell his Chicago home.

Through Bob's Chicago home selling process, Corcoran and his real estate agent began to experience the value that an IVR (Integrated Voice Response) system could bring to any real estate business. Proven results of the great value of the IVR system convinced Bob to join the real estate team in bringing the IVR system to the real estate industry. Corcoran and a team of real estate brokers started the ITP Network, (The International Top Producers Network) to develop real estate marketing and lead capture programs around the IVR technology specifically designed for real estate agents.

The more Corcoran coached real estate agents and brokers across North America, the more Bob realized the real estate industry lacked business systems needed by a real estate professional to be fully profitable. Corcoran coached the real estate team who sold his home, and created and implemented a profitable system for their real estate business. The proven result: the real estate team went from 18 million in sales to a whopping 36 million in sales!

While coaching the Chicago based real estate team, Corcoran had the opportunity to meet many top producing real estate agents across North America and Canada. Corcoran began seeing what each real estate team was doing in their business, or really, what real estate agents and real estate brokers were NOT doing. Corcoran found that even these top producing real estate agents and brokers were not running their real estate businesses like a business they were just "flying by the seats of their pants" as Bob likes to say. Corcoran realized the real estate industry needed a real estate coach that could train and help real estate professionals create a business system.

Corcoran devoted 3 months with a Canadian real estate team, using his proven system and transformed this real estate team which resulted in high profitability for them while working less hours.

For the past 10 years, Corcoran has devoted his time and energy into building a real estate broker coaching team. Corcoran's real estate coaching team uses Corcoran's proven methods to train real estate professionals reach the top of their production.
